Annual RCCC Scholarship

The RCCC is proud to present a $1000.00 scholarship to two Pasquotank, Perquimans or Camden County each year. The scholarship is made possible from proceeds generated at the Tarwheel Century bike ride. Candiates must submit an essay, subect: Life Lessons Learned From Playing Sports or School Activity. There are two (2) primary qualifications for the scholarship.     The applicant must have a GPA of 2.5.   The applicant must explain: Why I Need The Scholarship.

The scholarship is awarded near the end of the school year. The contestant must submit his or her essay in Microsoft Word format to their High School Guidance Counselor for review and submission. The Counselor will be responsible for submitting the essay as an email attachment
