Join us for the 17th annual Tarwheel Century.  It's time to put winter aside and get back in the saddle for the 'world's flattest century'.  The Tarwheel Century will be one of the most beautiful rides you can do.  Our completely sagged century will take you through the historical downtown areas of both Elizabeth City and Edenton, NC.  If Mother Nature cooperates, there will be azaleas and dogwood trees in bloom along the attractive waterside. All cyclists are welcome, families too...

Start: muffins, banana bread, espresso, coffee, etc.

SAG 1: famous deviled eggs, etc.
SAG 2: fruit smoothies, etc.
SAG 3: animal food for the 100 milers

Finish: hot dogs and drinks...

The start and finish point is Mid-America on Poindexter Street in Elizabeth City, NC.  Registration will start at 6:30 a.m. and the last rider must be out by 9:00 a.m.  There will be a mandatory riders' meeting at 7:30 a.m. and a mass start to follow.  The ride will take place rain or shine.

FAMILIES RIDE FOR LESS !

$20 entry for children 16 and under.  No t-shirt is provided for those riding at the reduced rate.  Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
